The 2001 edition of CLEAR's Picket Guide was revised specifically for
workers covered under Hawai'i's collective bargining law for public
employees. This guide contains short, easy-to-follow descriptions of
the basic rules governing picket line conduct and organization for public
employee strikes, including information on informational picketing,
prohibited practices, common-situs, etc..

Picketing, there is also a useful section of practical guidelines for
picket captains and a 14-page summary of the laws of Hawai'i relating to
ingress and egress, obstruction, etc., based in large part on the material
